Responsible for achieving performance targets and customer satisfaction within our digital touchpoints and journeys. Collaborate with partners to establish strategic marketing campaigns. Work with analytics and developers to optimize the customer journey pre- and post-purchase. Oversee performance marketing, content management, and UX.- Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and channels, focusing on paid search, social media, affiliates, and retargeting to minimize CAC and increase CLV.- Implement and refine marketing automation campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.- Lead the development of digital journeys and content management solutions using agile methodology, including user research and testing.- Establish a test-and-learn culture with AB-, fake-door-, and iterative testing, enabling conversion growth.- Transition to a first-party data-led marketing analytics organization, developing marketing attribution and purchase propensity models.- Create new brand and product identities for market launches, collaborating with product management to evolve products based on customer behavior.- Recruit, develop, and lead a cohesive marketing, customer success, and UX team of 10 members.
