I gathered and analyzed data to meet the scope of the project that had been given to my team from select companies. I participated in team meetings with the clients to discuss the progress of the project and ensure all expectations of the clients were taken into consideration. I analyzed habits and data available from competitors. I developed and conducted user surveys, as well as researched market and industry trends and patterns.

I performed all cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the professors and students that used the facilities in the Mark Austin building on the BYU-Idaho campus. I trained new employees on job responsibilities and assisted them with their job duties whenever I completed my own jobs for the shift. I assisted the supervisor with performing special cleaning projects during the summer months as well as the breaks between each semester. On occasion, I would act as supervisor and delegate tasks to employees during the shift while the supervisor was away.

Rigby, Id

I managed teams of up to 8 people during a given shift. With managing the team, I delegated responsibilities to the employees and handled customer complaints in a calm and timely manner. I also assisted in food preparation and janitorial duties as needed throughout the shift.
