Building the compliance consultancy part of the Bulletproof offering. Building a team of GDPR, ISO 27001 , Training and Cyber Essentials consultants and working on the development of new products and services in the compliance space. During my time at Bulletproof I have successfully grown the revenue from the compliance team, reshaped our product offerings and worked very closely with the Sales team to improve our conversion rate.

Responsibility for identifying necessary resource, preparing implementation plans and, liaising with the customer and ensuring projects remain on time and budget Working with Sector Marketing Managers to develop and monitor the marketing strategies Peer reviewing consultant reports and marketing materials e.g. white papers and blogs. Delivery of GDPR and cyber security consultancy. Delivery of GDPR and cyber security courses (public and in house). Monitoring all client engagements in the Finance and Retail sectors to ensure they are delivered on time and in budget. Working with other sections of the business to improve systems and processes used by consultants Developing new tools for ITG products such as a cyber health check tool, NIS gap analysis tool, BS 10012 gap analysis tool.  Head up the ITG Cyber security community of interest for knowledge sharing and awareness

Delivered the services of the Enterprise Europe Network involving working as a consultant to technology businesses, Universities and research organisations. Responsibilities included: Organising and delivering cyber security presentations and workshops focusing on raising awareness of threats to business, advising clients on protective actions, including schemes such as Cyber Essentials, NCSC 10 steps and raising awareness of legal, regulatory and contractual requirements e.g. DPA 2018/GDPR, PCI DSS Engaging with local cyber security companies through organisations such as the cyber security Cluster (Cambridge) Working with A. Contract IT manager to several small businesses in London and Cambridge. This role covered a wide variety of tasks from the day to day running of IT system to IT strategy and cyber security strategy development/implementation.

Managed all day to day IT service requirements around the world in a mixed Unix/Windows/MAC environment for this global technology company. This included building, managing and developing a team of four.
