• Provide technical support for SLA customers addressing issues with Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises services.• Lead ADDS and On-Prem Exchange Server projects, including design, deployment, maintenance, HA, hybrid integration, migrations, reverse proxy, Edge, and critical administrative support.• Manage, upgrade, and migrate hybrid mail flow, identity, DR, and coexistence, providing critical administrative support.• Deploy, manage, and secure on-premises infrastructure utilizing advanced Group Policy, Multi-tier PKI (ADCS), ADFS, and ADRMS.• Deploy and manage Windows Server, including VPN, NPS, DNS, DHCP, NTP, IIS, NLB, RDS, WDS, IPAM, WSUS, KMS, DFS, iSCSI, File Server with Work Folders, Print, and Backup services.• Deploy, manage, upgrade, and migrate Hyper-V with replica, failover clustering, fiber channel, and SQL Server with Power BI Report Server.• Deploy, manage, upgrade, and migrate SCCM co-management, SCOM, SCDPM, SCVMM, SCSM, and Windows Admin Center.• Configure and manage the M365 services suite, including licensing, Exchange Online mail flow, OneDrive, Teams, W365, VDI, and other SaaS apps.• Lead M365 migration projects including Cross-Tenant, G-Suite, and C-Panel to M365 migrations.• Deploy and manage Intune for MDM and MAM, securing Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices with compliance policies.• Deploy, manage, cost-optimize, pricing and billing for Azure including, VMs, Storage, VNet, NSG, Firewalls, ASR, Load Balancer, App Service, DNS, Policy, monitor, and Arc for SLA customers.• Implement, manage, and optimize secure Azure and M365 tenants utilizing the Defender suite, Governance with RBAC, Security Center, Entra ID suite, DLP, Purview, Priva, and Sentinel.

• Implement, and manage data center networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and APs.• Mount servers and network devices in data center racks and configure RAID on storage servers.• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and troubleshoot network issues.• Monitor network performance with SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, and Wireshark applications.• Install, manage, and upgrade hardware, operating systems, software, printers, and others.• Configure and manage ManageEngine ADAudit, ADManager, OpsManager, and ServiceDesk Plus.• Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi, vMotion, vCenter, and Linux (KVM, BIND, Samba).• Provide technical support for end-user issues via phone calls, email, and remote access.• Manage Active Directory, including Group Policy and identity management, and high availability.• Exchange Server 2019 administration with managing mail flow and resolving mailing issues.• Deploy and manage Hyper-V VMs, including DNS, NTP, and file server work folders.• Configure and manage Remote Access Services VPN, NPS, and IIS with NLB servers.• Manage and troubleshoot WSUS, Key Management Services KMS, and Windows Server Backup Services.• Utilize SCCM for boundary and boundary group, patch management, and software deployment.• Optimize and manage on-premises and cloud VMs using Windows Admin Center.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.• Manage Active Directory Domain Services, including user, group, security, and identity management.• Manage and monitor Cisco and Mikrotik routers and switches (OSPF, VLAN, NAT).• Perform physical server maintenance, including rack mounting and operating system installation.• Install and configure servers, network devices, routers, switches, and virtualization solutions.• Monitor systems, apply updates, back up data, and provide support for IT equipment.• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software on client PCs.• Support network system monitoring and management to ensure optimal performance.• Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and enhancements.• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving computer issues promptly.• Engage in training sessions for professional development and enhancement.
