Leading entitlement process for 400 acre mixed use development near Lihue airport. Formed and led the Agribusiness Incubator Program (AIP) to serve agriculture related businesses and facilitate significant growth in the diversified agriculture industry. In the development of the program, a team of consultants was assembled and methodologies were developed to systematically affect change. The program provided hands-on, intensive business consulting services to facilitate expansion, increase revenues, and improve profitability for our clients.
