: To schedule and coordinate all drivers : Insure drivers carry out daily vehicle and trailer inspection take necessary action required to ensure vehicles are fully road worthy and safe for a drive: Monitor all vehicles on Ctrack system to ensure drivers adhere to company regulations and procedures including unauthorised detours: Ensure fleet maintenance and servicing is done in a planned manner and also ensures that fleet licences are valid and purchase in time when needing to be renewed: Manage dispatch/Receiving and offsite warehouse and perform monthly stock take of products : Responsible for housekeeping of stock in dispatch stores and also with sales team liaise with customers concerning time of deliveries : Ensure planning of trips are efficient and keeping overtime to a bare minimum including monitoring of loading of fleet and sign picking loading sheets

Monitoring vehicles on Tracking System and ensure drivers follow the prescribed route according to company regulations: : Unauthorised or Illegal Stops.: Vehicle detours the designated route.: Driver fills diesel at an unauthorised dealer or unallocated station: Driver does not adhere to speed limits: Driver brakes harshly.: Assist drivers with any problems they may encounter on the road or at customer. LogisticsEnsure that the logistics function is fulfilled according to company standards. Inform driver within reasonable timeframes with regards to the following:: When their vehicles needs to leave for delivery.: When their vehicle is loaded for a long distance trip or any Saturday deliveries : Assign vehicles for pick up loads : Inform driver of collection loads timorously : Ensure that stock to be picked up is collected by the allocated Driver.: Compile daily tracking reports and send to senior management .: Ensure that the correct vehicle and toll cards are allocated.: Ensure safe keeping of vehicle keys and toll cards.

: Monitor console for daily jobs submitted by all Departments; : Check users submitted jobs that they do not Aben : Log F.I.Rs (Fault Incident Reports (for any Abends or Malfunctioning equipment). : Perform backups for Mainframe and JDE/AS400; : Filing Tapes, Moving Tapes offsite; : Perform Striata Procedures every morning on day Shift. : Upload and Download Post Office and Transwitch Cash. : Answer Calls to Assist Users for any Queries. : Responsible for enacting and monitoring interchange activities which occur between different balancing areas. : Responsible for conducting transmission switching, monitoring system line loading and voltage conditions.
