To effectively address the growing threat of cyber-attacks, the platform provides the security operations center with insights to threats, trends, and anomalies of the company systems and network. The petabyte-scale Kappa and microservices architecture based platform provides a real-time machine learning model execution framework, a comprehensive rules engine, and an UI that help you visualize and manage investigations. At the time of the platform ownership handoff, it ingested 12 terabytes of data and processed 13 billion events per day. Led the development and the operations of a low-latency call transcript search engine platform that enabled Capital One to query, classify, and visualize millions of call center audio recordings without listening. VPS provides PCI and SAS-70 compliant solutions enabling customers to collect credit, debit, and ACH payments over the Web, telephone (VoIP), and swipe terminals (i.e. Hypercom, Ingenico). It also has additional modules including bill payment and shopping cart. Delivered many ideas as successful products and features, which helped secure new deals with customers like Bank of America, KeyBank, and First American Payment Systems.

Championed various strategic and mission critical development projects:- Rebuilt the company's flagship payment system product suite's security for stronger and modernized implementation. Replaced the weak authentication, authorization, and account management mechanisms that also had scalability issues. Introduced SSO. Added additional security frameworks including IO validation and encoding as well as CSRF protection. The new security implementation allowed the company to win a major deal with Bank of America.- Transformed 50+ payment applications written in ColdFusion into a single Java Servlet application with templates that support customized integration including the look and feel. This allowed the federal agency customers to seamlessly migrate their payment engine to the US Department of Treasury’s government wide financial management and transaction system, Pay.gov.
