We are dedicated to fostering digital literacy in rural communities across Uganda and Africa as a whole. Our mission is to bridge the digital divide by providing practical digital literacy training to rural schools and local communities through our innovative mobile computer labs.Our approach is unique: we bring the learning to the learners. Through our mobile computer labs, we deliver practical ICT training directly to the doorsteps of rural schools and communities. Our programs, ICT4Education and ICT4Youth livelihoods &Employment are designed to meet the digital skill needs of our participants – from school going children and teachers to school dropouts and recent graduates, we reach, train and equip them with digital skills that will enable them to navigate this technologically advanced world.At Tech Reach Africa, we envision a continent where every learner, teacher or young graduate, regardless of their geographical location, has the opportunity to acquire the basic digital skills that can transform their lives and communities either through improving access to academic information or opportunities for Livelihood.

Support in the contextualization through giving inputs and participating in workshops which aim at modeling the curriculum to suit the cultural setting of our country. Delivering of training to champions4life (peer educators) and staff working under different Dance4life partner Organizations. Mentoring of the Champions4life during throughout Program implementation stages. Represent Dance4life at national and Global conferences as an ambassador.

Irise Uganda,an arm of Irise International works in the local communities of Uganda to promote menstrual hygiene and management through education session to schools and communities among other activities.My Role in this organisation is to:Support implementation of 5 projects across eastern Uganda in the districts of Jinja, Iganga and Soroti. Provide support and mentor-ship to a team of 6 community educators to ensure effective on-ground implementation of project activities. Participate in development, maintenance and monitoring of project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings and ensure their views and expectations are managed towards the project plans/objectives.

As a youth Consultant and Trainer,I:1.Trained 50 Youth livelihood groups across 25 districts in the East, west and Central Uganda to equip group young people with knowledge on Leadership, group dynamics and business to improve individual and household livelihoods. 2.Mentored young entrepreneurs that were engaged in agribusiness, construction and fish farming to help them grow their businesses. 3.Conducted needs assessments to support in the programing of activities funded by Swiss contact in the rural communities. 4.Compiled both district and subcounty reports to support in the monitoring and evaluation of the Youth skilling Projects.

As a Restless Development Intern I :1.Led on VPE recruitment for the ICS program through coding, ranking and shortlisting of candidates 2.Supported the program team on conducting one on interviews to select the volunteers. 3.Supported partnership development at sub-county and district levels and with other like-minded organizations in our area of operation.As a Volunteer Peer educator,I:1.Engaged in delivering sessions on Agro-livelihoods mainly in Sustainable Organic Farming Techniques (SOFT) and entrepreneurship to in and out of school youths and community farmers. 2.Undertook teacher training sessions on how to deliver SRHR, Entrepreneurship and leadership sessions to young people. 3.Conducted in-school club development sessions which included club establishment, management and sustainability and conflict resolution in clubs. 4.Conducted community mobilization for dialogues, sensitization and awareness creation events on gender and other challenges in the local communities. 5.Solicited support from the local government and other stakeholders for youth led projects in the community. 6.Played an active role in Monitoring and Evaluation of all the activities I undertook through recording in daily log sheets and compiling monthly progress reports which captured quantitative and qualitative data of the month and case studies.7.Budgeted for, planned, organized and managed community events which included agro-livelihood Educational visits and youth demonstration festivals
