I have expanded my role at Lextech to include marketing and awareness activities designed to improve our relationships with current and future customers. We're leveraging a set of continuous improvement and project shaping frameworks that have never been used before by any marketing team.

As Principal Designer at Lextech, I oversee the philosophy, intention and methodology frameworks used at Lextech so clients quickly achieve app-driven experience transformation. I mentor and advise our design leads and non-designers to establish best practices, and collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent products, services and customer interactions.I also managed the design quality of our design team from 2015-2018 as its Design Director, but as our team has grown, I've taken a bigger role to set best-practice standards related to design through the entire organization.

Launched and developed one of the nation's first Figma training courses for full design teams. Conducted training for various companies across the globe. Created training materials and researched best practices. Invented advanced techniques to overcome limitations in Figma and maximize design capabilities.
