As a highly motivated and dedicated honours student in Industrial and Occupational Psychology at North West University, I am passionate about understanding human behavior in the workplace and enhancing employee well-being. My academic journey has been marked by excellence, including being a Golden Key recipient and consistently ranking among the top 15% of my faculty.I have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills through various leadership roles, such as serving on the Executive Committee of the Golden Key Society, where I organize community service projects and outreach initiatives. My experience in event planning at Campuskey Residence has further enhanced my ability to lead initiatives focused on improving student mental health and fostering community engagement.With a solid foundation in psychology and practical experience in administration, I am eager to apply my skills in a professional setting.
