I started working for Solly Estate Agents as an Administration Clerk and Agent from July 2002 to September 2003 and my duties were all administration work, and payroll system, interviewing clients and preparing documents for and submission to legal department, then I worked Khawuleza Technologies (Pty) Ltd(Matjhabeng, Nala and Masilonyana Municipality) as an Assistant Manager, Manager and Manager CEO office from October 2003 to June 2009 and my duties were Manage all staff as regard problems and work performance, dealing with disciplinary issues and hearings arising from these issues, assisting members of the public with enquiries into readings and the City council officials with queries and concerns and payroll system and all administration.Then I worked at HM IT Solutions as a Data Capturer from October 2010 to December 2010 and mu duties were capturing information from the field. From January 2011 to September 2012 I worked as an Office Manager at Iscariota Trading Enterprise and my duties were Disciplining staff. Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date, assign and monitor clerical functions and assist with new business creation, review and approve supply requisitions, maintain office equipment and replenish inventory and ensure staff attendance register signed daily and lastly I worked at HM IT/ Tshetshibo (JV Matlosana Municipality) as an Operations Manager from October 2012 to 31 August 2016 and my duties were Manage all staff as regard problems and work performance, dealing with disciplinary issues and hearings arising from these issues, assisting members of the public with enquiries into readings and the City council officials with queries and concerns and payroll system and all administration.
