TEXTILE SECTION ASSISTANT MANAGER Apr 2019 – PresentMANAGE END-TO-END GLOBAL TRADING PROCESS IN TOYOTA SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK- Negotiate price, delivery, quality, payment with global suppliers in Japan, SEA countries (Mastrotto, Sinar Suminoe, TB Kawashima, Inoac Thailand, Interhide Leather…) - Trouble shooting for issues during import export process & domestic sales process (including HS code, tax & duty, customs clearance, import license, international payment & logistics) - Lead firm-inventory business: daily delivery from 3rd party warehouse to Toyota system customer (Toyota Boshoku Hanoi), stocks ratio, aging & dead stocks after ending project (ei: Camry, Corolla, Fortuner..) - Executive improvement ideas for logistics cost reduction - Manage & satisfy high-demand customers in Toyota network: sale & quotation, new project development, daily service support- Budget & sale & logistics cost reporting to higher level management NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Expanding networks of global suppliers & customers for importing and exporting opportunities (textile, agricultural products) - Successfully export non-woven textile product made in Vietnam to Japan for Suzuki car seat manufacturer.QUALITY CONTROL- Negotiate & shoot troubles related to textile products quality to satisfy high-demand customer in Toyota network. - Lead team of 2 QC workers: sorting, reporting, fee management
