My name is Noah Thompson, and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I am currently pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Sport Marketing & Management at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. I am passionate about consulting and the sports industry, seeking a career that leverages my finance, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to create impactful solutions.I’ve had the privilege of consulting for Global Mamas, a nonprofit organization in Africa, and BMW through a collaborative project with German students. At Global Mamas, I helped advise on strategies for improving operational efficiency and targeting Gen-Z. For BMW, my team focused on enhancing a sense of togetherness within the company’s culture in the face of the growing remote work trend. These experiences taught me how to analyze complex problems, offer tailored solutions, and drive meaningful results across both small nonprofit and large corporate environments.Beyond consulting, I’ve gained diverse professional experience working at organizations such as The Four Seasons, North Ranch Country Club, and the Indianapolis Colts. These roles have allowed me to sharpen my adaptability, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments while engaging with a wide range of people.I'm interested in pursuing consulting because it encourages ongoing development and an open mind, which pushes me to always improve and do my best work. I'm excited to use my love of creativity and problem-solving to potential prospects in consulting and the sports business sector as I advance in my education and career.
