The Centre for Research and Development (R&D) of St. Teresa’s College is aninnovative venture to promote and elevate the quality of education and researchwithin the campus. It undertakes various initiatives such us, writing proposals togovernment and outside agencies for new projects, conducting skill basedprogrammes for students, building inter-departmental ventures within the college,taking up surveys, generate funds through sponsored projects etc. The Centrestrives to promote internationalization through its International wing calledTeresian International. It also undertakes various training workshops, short-termcourses and seminars to equip the student community with the latestadvancements in social and technological innovations.

Sustainability, Leadership & Agency Through EducationS.L.A.T.E. is designed according to PBL (Project-Based Learning) stipulated byNEP (National Education Policy) 2020. It fills the gaps in education and alsohelps meet the goals of the United Nations to promote Education for SustainableDevelopment (ESD). The model connects HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) toschools and communities, the aim of which is to foster in the students the attitudeand the aptitude needed to navigate the future. It also aims to develop a holisticand transformational education where the students engage in self-paced learningwhich is at the same time action-oriented, collaborative and inter andtransdisciplinary. The S.L.A.T.E project also envisions effectively bridging thegap between the quality of education provided in Government and private schools.An array of curated programs will be offered as part of the platform which will beoffered both offline and online, thus preparing the students for blended learning.S.L.A.T.E. is envisaged to collaborate with multiple stakeholders under SDG 4:Quality Education & SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals.

Building QS Student Digital Passport, a repository for every learner for their credentials and to design a verifiable portfolio. The Passport allows issuance, presenting and verification of credentials universally.

Q Collective is a team of Educators, Quizmasters and Edtech researchers whowith their distinctive flairs bring in innovation to the learning environment inconventional educational systems. The team has been part of educational/edutainment projects for Central Govt agencies, State govt , Universities,Colleges, Schools, Corporates, Organisations and the Media.
