This resulted in increased awareness of the research unit, its capabilities and its reputation within BT Enterprise. - Played an instrumental role in developing relationships between the research team, designers, product owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure user needs were prioritised throughout the LBGUPS journey. - Conducted both qualitative and quantitative research including methodologies such as moderated and unmoderated usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, card sorting and tree testing.

Operated in the Customer Solutions Team as a Product Professional in the field of Broadband Development.Roles and responsibilities include:- Project lead on the business critical successful migration of 80 Communication Providers (CPs), ranging from small to large organisations, from XML software to an Enhanced Platform. Executed the closure of the legacy platform according to the timeline with all CPs successfully migrated. - Ownership for the Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) in-life team component of the discreet migration of 8,000 customers from legacy systems to improved, strategic technology stacks, facilitating increased business opportunities. - Organised, managed, and presented at industry working events including the ISP Forum and Openreach's Virtual Street Tour. - Performed a review of communication outputs within the team revealing customer dissatisfaction and a lack of engagement at current processes. Presented recommendations to senior stakeholders, based on statistical analysis and a thematic analysis from insights garnered from a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods. - Responsible for the processing of Fibre to the Premise on Demand (FTTPoD) desk based quotes for a variety of CPs. Involves monitoring requests, liaising with stakeholders, and distributing quotations.- The collation, interpretation and distribution of weekly reports across both FTTC and FTTP, ensuring industry regulations are adhered to while providing insights into the weekly status of FTTP/FTTC developments.
