Main responsibilities:- Handle all client communications, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client deliverables.- Review all major deliverables (e.g., strategic briefs, function specifications, technical specifications) to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.- Ensure the project progresses smoothly by regularly checking in with the internal teams (Creative, Content, Social, and Technical) and the project manager.- Monitor all campaigns and generate daily/weekly reports detailing performance metrics and any necessary changes or adjustments.- Client: NESTLÉ (Nutren Junior, NAN, Milo, Lavie)
