Our management team has extensive experience in finance, data security, compliance, and business consulting which continues to fuel its rapid growth.https://aperia.com/Main responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for day-to-day operations, requests, issues and escalations between VN team and US stakeholders for assigned projects.- Engage and discuss on requirements gathering and analyzing with business stakeholders, and translate them into functional requirements using explicit epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Elicit, define, document, and deliver feature knowledge through epics, user stories, and other necessary diagrams within an Agile delivery environment.- Manage and maintain Agile Scrum team backlog in order to ensure project plans and commitments reflect the business priorities identified.- Collaborate across departments and teams (including architecture, development, design, and testing teams) in all software development phases to ensure all parties are aligned with the project requirements.- Support the Product Owner in project tasks and deliverables that relate to business analysis, e.g., high level estimates, release planning & declaration, iteration planing...- Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly and up to the defined acceptance criteria.- Pair with the scrum master in facilitating & maintaining Agile good practices and mindset for team members across all Scrum processes and events.- Conduct relevant meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.- Monitor project progress by tracking team activities, resolving problems & blockers, publishing progress reports and recommending relevant actions.
