About Nina Maldonado

Since June 2023, I have taken the lead to facilitate and enable the IT transformation of AkzoNobel, a global leader in paints and coatings, with the end destination of an agile DevOps function that fully supports the business to deliver value at speed. I am also the chairwoman of WIN - Women Inspired Network NL, a DEI network that inspires, empowers and connects women within AkzoNobel, to achieve a better gender balance within the company. As a certified executive coach, HR expert in the development and change management fields and as an experienced facilitator, I help organizations create an agile and innovative culture, build capabilities, and integrate design thinking, lean startup, and agile across teams. I have broad international expertise within different multinationals (AkzoNobel, ING Bank, VNU, Cirque du Soleil, Coca-Cola) and in positions with global and regional reach.
