Since June 2023, I have taken the lead to facilitate and enable the IT transformation of AkzoNobel, a global leader in paints and coatings, with the end destination of an agile DevOps function that fully supports the business to deliver value at speed. I am also the chairwoman of WIN - Women Inspired Network NL, a DEI network that inspires, empowers and connects women within AkzoNobel, to achieve a better gender balance within the company.
