I have over 20 years of creating pioneering innovative digital content with bold design, experimental technologies and techniques, and creating narrative landscapes of worlds filled with fantastical characters. I’m driven by a desire to create storytelling experiences and have done so since the early days of the web, then on console gaming platforms until I found a home as the creative lead on a Massively Multiplayer RPG for the past 10 years. I pioneered the use of then-nascent web technologies that are ubiquitous today, creating some of the first professional uses of animated gifs on Hotwired’s front page, javascript, dynamically created pages in the Livewired push channel, and one of the first video animation site with Animation Express. StorytellerGaming Together Sep 2019 - Jul 2021Ran games of Dungeons and Dragons for elementary and middle school students. In 2019 this was for a once per week after-school camp, but when the 2020 pandemic started the company switched to groups that would meet 1-5 times per week online through Roll20. This gave students time practicing interpersonal skills, the ability to meet new friends, see old friends, and to play social games during their time trapped at home.
