Learning & Development:L&D team is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, improve performance in order to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:- Needs Assessment and Planning (Gaps Assessment, Biz Alignment, Learning & Development Plan).- Learning Program Design and Development (Training methods, curriculum development, vendor management).- Implementation and Delivery (Facilitation, LMS, Logistics).- Evaluation and Measurement (Feedback, reporting).- L&D member performance management.
