Ensure smooth operations across all Ducere programs through continual maintenance and improvement. Program Operations & Systems1. Oversee and manage ongoing improvements to Ducere program offering, program structures and overall program operations in conjunction with the Head of Learning Experience2. Oversee, manage, implement and improve the usage and, capabilities of all relevant systems (SIS, HubSpot, Canvas/Moodle, Callista, Google)3. Ensure critical processes are recorded across the areas of student experience, academic management, systems operations and partnership management.Partnerships/Stakeholder Management 4. Maintain regular contact with various teams across different universities5. Find solutions beneficial for all parties6. Engage with expert consultants to inform program implementation/improvements.Financial Planning & Reporting 7. Prepare and monitor academic staff budget for FY198. Approve incoming academic invoices9. Contribute to enrolment performance and progression reports throughout and post each intake.Learning Experience 10. Strategically drive, maintain and improve Student Experience and Academic Delivery Functions11. Be a point of escalation for Student Experience Officers 12. Develop, maintain and improve overall LMS functionalities to improve overall learning experience13. Develop, maintain and improve the quality of the Academic faculty staff23. Develop, maintain and improve academic delivery strategies to provide a better learning experience.Curriculum Development24. Review and validate critical program changes25. Prepare documentation in accordance to university standards required to implement critical program changes26. Consult with academics and industry experts to inform content changes27. Incorporate best practice instructional/learning design28. Utilise CSS/LMS knowledge to implement content updates29. Organise live and developmental documentation via Google Drive30. Map design enhancements.

Provide strategic and operational direction to the Student Experience team, driving a culture of continuous improvement during a period of structural change. • Design and implement new systems and program operational processes, with a focus on sustainable business practices; • Accountability for strategic planning and achievement of company goals;• Develop highly-trained, motivated and efficient teams with a strong client focus; • Exercise strong financial management and be accountable for delivering operational activities and strategic projects within budget targets;• Develop budget for academic services;• Track performance of academic contractors through carefully chosen metrics;• Lead and direct strategic development or improvement projects;• Initiate the development and review of policy and procedure relevant to student experience;• Develop and project manage implementation of a new Student Management System (SMS);• Continually review and coordinate regular updates to SMS;• Provide both government and university policy advice to the Senior Leadership team;• Ensure quality assurance is applied to all aspects of program delivery;• Collect and review various points of data to inform business decisions;• Prepare and submit new and revisions of programs and units (DCPs and DUPs); • Create Unit Outline documents for all programs in line with TEQSA requirements.
