In my capacity as an Advancement Assistant at the University of Minnesota College of Design, I adeptly managed a diverse array of operational tasks crucial for fostering an environment conducive to innovative design pursuits. This encompassed overseeing logistical aspects such as food organization, attendee check-in, note-taking, tech support, security coordination, email communications, agenda creation, and setup/cleanup, ensuring seamless and optimized operations.Moreover, I spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the institution's objectives within the realm of UX design. Notably, I orchestrated impactful campaigns that secured $10K in donations during Give to the Max Day, leveraging my design expertise to craft compelling website materials and coordinate successful donor scholar luncheons. Additionally, I implemented targeted email campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance alumni engagement and cultivate robust donor relationships, thereby contributing to the overall mission of creating user-centric design solutions.
