Inspection while products are on production line.5. Random inspection of products after production completion.6. Double checking that RMA parts have been provided.7. Provide QC reports for each shipment.8. In case of inspection "NG", analyze the severity of the situation. Contact the buyer ASAP while working out the fastest and most efficient solution with the seller.III. After shipping.1. Provide schedule of all current orders and shipment vessel ETD/ETA.2. Update schedule with the latest addition/changes.3. Reminder email sent to buyer one week prior to container arrival.4. Push the seller to release the shipment.5. Follow up closely with the seller for any after sales RMA issues.

Gestión de las Declaraciones Juradas Anticipadas de Importación ante la Secretaría de Comercio Interior. Uso de excepcional atención al detalle y habilidad de realizar varias tareas al mismo tiempo con el objetivo de distribuir la información y mantener a todos los miembros de las distintas áreas informados y actualizados. Coordinación del embarque de las mercaderías con el fabricante en origen una vez que toda la documentación, traducciones, diseño de packaging, aprobaciones, certificados y demás detalles estén listos. Coordination of shipment of goods with the manufacturers once all the paperwork, translations, artwork and other details are finished. Means of transport can be either ocean vessel or plane.
