**Impacted by COVID-19 layoffsAfter being internally converted to a FTE role, I pivoted into the Product Recruiting team to source and screen candidates for the User Experience Design organization within LinkedIn. During my time in this role, my main responsibility was reviewing design portfolios and presenting them weekly to UX Directors for approval. Outside of my core functions, I also attended SF-based design community events, participated in diversity and inclusion initiatives, and undertook process-improvement projects within the greater Product Recruiting organization.

Software Engineering Staffing Team - via Artech Information Systems.Supported lead SWE recruiter and directly interfaced with 18 hiring managers and 3 directors on technical roles ranging from ML Research, Motion Planning, Robotics Controls, Technical Infrastructure, and Computer Vision. Responsible for various stages of the recruiting lifecycle from hiring manager kickoff meetings to prospecting and sourcing, to phone screens and onsite interviews (up until offer extension). Concluded contract with 73 technical phone interviews conducted by hiring managers, resulting in 31 onsites and 6 offers extended.
