About Nikola Petkov

I believe the software I produce helps people on a daily basis. I strive to develop software that is backed by clean, testable and performant code. Aiming to find the right solution and building it in the right way. My industrial experience revolves around building large scale applications using Microsoft technologies - .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Azure & Azure DevOps.During my academia studies I took interest in machine learning with my thesis involving applying different machine learning techniques with regards to optimising the runtime of a computer vision system.Ultimately, I would want to continue improving in both areas as I think they can be complimentary to each other.I enjoy working in goal focused teams of capable, down to earth colleagues where fair competition is present and integrity is kept intact.
