Currento Hands-on with Machinery: Directly monitor, repair, and maintain machinery; track data toprevent issues.o Ensure Production Reliability and Quality: Ensure the Production team meets reliabilitystandards and maintains product quality.o Perform Maintenance Tasks: Develop and apply preventive and corrective maintenance.o Conduct Predictive Maintenance: Use data analysis to predict and plan proactive maintenance.o Continuous Improvement: Create and execute continuous improvement initiatives.o Participate in Development Projects: Support new equipment installations and upgrades.o Troubleshooting: Apply root cause analysis (5W-1H, Fishbone, 5-Why) to resolve issues.o Coordinate with Departments: Work with Production and QA teams to align maintenanceactivities and effectively respond to changes in the production plan.o Document and Share Knowledge: Maintain records and share best practices.o Manage Spare Parts: Support identification and requisition of critical spare parts.o Support Autonomous Maintenance: Train operators in routine maintenance tasks.o Ensure QEHS Compliance: Follow ISO standards, LOTO procedures, and 5S practice
