As the Director of Thought Leadership, I lead the development and management of thought leadership strategies for the organization, specifically focusing on emerging health and human services policy and practice trends and related business opportunities. This includes conducting research and developing internal written resources for leadership on these trends and their relevance to the business. In addition, I support our engagement at conferences and other external events, the identification and development of partnerships with external organizations, and the use of communications platforms to highlight our knowledge, understanding, and response to current and emerging trends in Medicaid, Medicare, the broader health care, and human services systems.

Advocate on behalf of the over 70 innovative, high-impact organizations to policymakers and innovators regarding issues important to the organizations, including education, workforce development and innovative financing.
