Procter and Gamble Professional Services - P&G purchased Wella Corporation, was with Wella from May 1996 - January 2007 Responsible for ongoing training of all Wella Guest Artist, Regional Education Managers, Salon Service Educators, and Independent Contractors in the U.S. for new product launches and technical standards.• Developed a national standard for recruitment and interviewing process of national training team.• Represented Wella USA at International Trend Vision Workshops including photo and video shoots. Edited or rewrote technicals for photo shoots and all Trend Vision creative pieces.• Worked with Marketing and Sales on brand development and line expansions.• Organized and hosted the National Education Trainings encompassing technical skills development and company standards.• Developed curriculum and facilitated Wella’s 3 week New Hire Training for all full time Education Managers and full time trainers.• Managed Technical Specialist recruitment.• Wella Corporate representative on Global Studio Tour Trips thru Europe and Russia.
