Throughout my career at Transoma my role has grew from a Systems Administrator IV in which I was responsible for our VoIP, Data, and Network infrastructure. Managed 28 servers running: Windows NT server, Windows server 2000, Server 2003, Exchange server 2003, IIS 5.0; 6.0, and IronPort.I provided project management, and implemented Live Communication Server 2005 SP1 and coordinated the roll-out of this software for our enterprise. I coordinated maintenance of our world wide call centers. This work included hardware\software upgrades. All upgrades and patches had to be coordinated with call centers worldwide to minimize downtime to allow Digital River to continue servicing revenue generating customers. Worked on Digital River’s acquisition team responsibilities included user account and DNS migration, and AD and Exchange consolidation. Created and managed training documentation for the IT department. This included training sessions on our PBX, and application integration on our CRP interaction with Siebel and our call center.

As the systems administrator I was responsible for 16+ servers, and 2 PBX's that directly affected our call center. These included Windows NT Server, SQL server, Widows server 2000, Exchange 2000\2003, and SMS 2.0. Our call center ran 24/7, and had 19 T1's and more than 400 in bound DID's. Our call center processed more than 250,000 emails and 500,000 voice minutes a month.Because Digital River is a commerce company and transactions are essential to our survival. This required 24 by 7 support, and providing stable environment. This required many after hour projects, and the ability to quickly troubleshoot, evaluate and solve issues ranging from application issues, to user support.

As a Customer Service Team Lead I supervised a team of 10 people. I fielded escalation calls for my team, and was responsible for our phone and email service levels. As a team lead I trained many of our new hires and field escalation issues.
