I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Thammasat University, one of the most prestigious universities in Thailand. My core competencies include business negotiation, recruiting, and key account acquisition and retention.In my current role, I work with both local and global teams to deliver customized solutions to our clients, based on their specific needs and challenges. I negotiate, prepare, and review pricing, project bidding, terms and conditions, and service agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and quality. I also monitor the trends of the outsourcing and staffing market, and develop appropriate sales strategies and activities. Additionally, I manage business development projects for the team, acquiring new clients and engaging existing ones. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, building long-term relationships, and creating value for both our clients and our company.
