I love creating value, whatever it is. From a 2 cents idea for the company library, to thousand-views videos made then a strong well-trained team with solid process I built, I love them all because somebody out there enjoy it.Nine years ago, I started my professional career, as an HR executive in an Insurance company.In HR Dept., it's hard to list all things to do because of thousand of different work surrounded. Among those, I found myself happy and helpful for the team when connecting the potential people with our business and getting the most-fit ones joined. Also making sure your colleagues worry-free under company policies and tons of procedural matters was a tough duty. But the end of the day, I see the employees and company are happy together, I know that I did it right.In June 2014, Germany won the World Cup with a well-trained and prepared team. And I moved to Training Division. (Just kidding, it's a coincidence)When new employees joined the company, I helped them be well-prepared and confident on their work with the orientation training and needed materials provided. For partners, agencies and sales, there were always courses and classes I helped to coordinate and organize. Seeing people ready to fight and show their best with "weapons you arm" them is a cool feeling!Nowadays, people are living in a digital age. Then Cathay Life decided to leverage and improve the training process to a new level: open e-Training department. And I joined it.Working on e-Training helped me explore a totally new but very exciting area with a lot of skills to be achieved: film making (scripting, filming, acting...), video editing (Photoshop, Adobe After Effects...), online channels (Youtube, Vine...) and countless support tools. But more importantly, I shifted myself to the digital workspace and found a new me there. And I proud of what have been there: 150+ training videos/clips with 100K+ views in total, an e-Learning site, a built-from-scratch stable process for online material making...Striving over those things, I draw myself as a triangle of 3 edges:• Result-Oriented: Let your work sounds. How hard you tried doesn't matter at all.• Strongly Committed: Making promises is easy. Keep your words and willing to pay all price to fulfill those is another story. Tough but must win fight!• Happy Learner: The world is large, my life is always everyday new and the 100%-fit-place never exists. Just simply keep learning happily!
