The WG work plan should be guided by the forum strategy and work programme, set specific and measurable goals, including a clear hierarchy of priorities, and provide an indicative implementation timeline; - Call WG meetings: While allowing for flexibility, the thematic focus of a WG meeting should be guided by the WG work plan and determined at the start of each year; - Report regularly on WG activities to the forum; - Prepare agendas for meetings: The work is done in cooperation with the relevant member of EUROCITIES staff;- Prepare minutes of meetings in cooperation with the relevant member of staff (including list of participants, issues addressed, decisions taken, way forward); - Follow up on relevant policy work, in cooperation with the EUROCITIES team; - Participate in meetings of the EU Urban Agenda Partnership on Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees (depending on availability and topic relevance); - Report annually to the forum chair by a date set by the relevant member of EUROCITIES staff and the chair to have the report ready for consolidation with the other WG reports by early January; - Provide articles on the outputs of WG meetings that can be used e.g. for the EUROCITIES website or flash e-mails.
