I have a total of 10 years working experience in total With extensive years of training in Sales ,Customer services ,Administration and the Call center environment in General. I have been a Call Centre consultant doing both Inbound and Outbound Call Centre working for both uThingo and Netflorist, the bulk of my work experience lies in International and Corporate Call centre dealing directly with clients and relevant stake holders.I later moved into a role where I was doing predominantly project focused Microsoft Campaigns. At a company called ITEM (IT-Events Management) which is a Microsoft Partner. Telecommunications Industry was with Nashua Mobile where I worked as a Network agent on all 4 Cellphone Networks.I was then employed at a company called the Effectiveness Company as a Client Liaison Officer handling the 8ta (Telkom Mobile) account with tremendous hard work and dedication more responsibilities were added. To my initial role as both CLO and the Warehouse Manager looking after their Point of sale and promotional items. Within 6months at the company I was promoted to Business Report writer and Analyst gaining skills in (Advanced Excel) and call diary management. I was then introduced to the insurance industry under a company called Telesure working on the following brands servicing policies ; Auto&General,Dial Direct ,First for women, Unity , Virgin money , AA , Budget insurance .I later moved on to a quite challenging Sales role Gold Investment Corporation where we sold Nelson Mandela coins and Bullions, that role was rather challenging due to sourcing your own leads/Data base and meeting and exceeding targets.Moving forward I am looking at moving into an opportunity where I can continue to use my extensive customer service, projects, and Report writing experience as well as the wealth of experience I have in people management and sales.Over the next few years my true calling for both business development and Sales in general grew exponentially
