I have been working as a Clinical support officer (CSO) (Currently with Health Systems Trust) from 2019 to date. Prior to that I was in an Inservice training programme with Northdale Hospital in Pietermaritzburg. The position required that I shadow and assist both the employees under the finance department and the supply Chain Department in their respective daily routines with admin and the on-boarding of new clients and patient files. I was also required to prepare and perfect all the files for patients and the Hospital as a whole. My current position (CSO) Requires that i handle all patient inquiries, do filing and compile reports and have them resolved as quickly as possible and to the best interest of both the organization and the patient. I also assist with preparing meeting reports and schedules.I am known for being detail oriented, well organized team player. I do not make a habit of procrastinating and missing deadlines. I am a good communicator, and I can jungle multiple tasks at once to meet the desired targets and ensure optimum patient satisfaction. in the number of performance discussions, I have had with my team leaders they have always noted that they appreciate my professionalism and enthusiasm for the roles I have had.To up skill myself and ensure personal development in I have volunteered with various NGO organizations around the community and assist elders with collecting medications at the local clinic in my free time. This is the extra work I do when I have capacity to assist with growing experience. This required that I conduct an in-depth, specialized and quality assessment and risk analysis on the patients’ background and their medical history, to enhance the decision-making processMy Work Experience includes the following:1.
