This included comprehensively detailing the project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as establishing practices, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the project's construction and quality control, all of which I meticulously managed throughout the execution phase.I led the development of master schedules, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor project performance effectively. In the face of challenges such as delays, I conducted thorough analyses and recommended appropriate recovery strategies to keep projects on track.
