This might involve using software like Excel, power bi, looker studio or specialized M&E software to generate reports, charts, and graphs to present findings. Reporting: Assist in preparing regular progress reports on program or project activities and outcomes. This may involve drafting sections of reports, summarizing findings, and presenting data in a clear and understandable manner.Monitoring Activities: Participate in monitoring field activities to ensure they are implemented according to the project plan and objectives. This might involve site visits, observation, and discussions with project staff and beneficiaries.Evaluation Support: Provide support in conducting evaluations of programs or projects. This could include assisting in the design of evaluation methodologies, data collection, analysis, and report writing.Capacity Building: Support capacity building efforts within the organization or project team related to monitoring and evaluation. This might involve training staff on data collection techniques, M&E tools, and reporting requirements.Coordination: Coordinate with project staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of M&E activities. This includes communicating findings, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all M&E activities, including data collection tools, reports, and other relevant documents.
