I am a mental wellness professional most known for my work in the health and wellness field for over 6 years. I am currently a Crisis Services Senior Digital Supervisor at The Trevor Project where I play a critical role in researching, organizing and launching systems that sustain the overall counselor and supervisor experience . During my time in the senior role, I have formalized and developed four wellness initiatives for the Digital Supervisor team to resolve challenges and promote positive organizational culture. I am also the founder of Sunflower Psyche, a mental wellness community that is rooted in mental health, wellness and personal growth. With a growing community of over 900 members across various social media platforms, I use open dialogue, digital planners and carefully curated content to educate and work towards collective wellness.
