• Preparing facilities and others that needs for new employees• Manage all the employees movement (transfer, promotion, demotion, resignation and termination, etc.) • Making orders changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies• Calculation monthly salary for confidential all management,full-time and Part-time employees (Head Office & Branches)• Calculation the HR budgets ,Service years award, annual bonus and other compensation benefits• Assists the HOD related in the employee relations matters• Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons• Manage and monitoring SSB contribution on monthly base• Monitor employee leave policies and procedures, investigate apparent abuses, and recommendation letter needed• Monthly report to Management & Internal Audit (all employee relations functions)• Problems solving of employees relating to coaching, counseling, progressive discipline with particular attention to grievance case management duties• Participate in motivation activities• Performs other duties as assigned

• Support the office or facilities manage in various administration duties, including facility, controlling the incoming and outgoing documentation process and maintaining files and project reports• Schedules interviews and conducts internet research and agencies to locate potential job candidates.
