As Director of a dynamic educational resource, my duties include all scheduling and communications between tutors, students and parents. I'm responsible for rescheduling and cancellation, as well as payroll and managing the Weekly Student Report. This allows me to upgrade all student's grades and to assess performance. Surpass sales records while receiving many congratulatory letters from both families and senior leadership team. • Supervise scheduling of guided tours and conduct for the multi-facility and program campus.• Partner with volunteers office and volunteers in the admissions office daily. • Assess resident needs and requirements to determine level of care required. Coordinate Medicare and Medi-Cal to assure swift and necessary coverage for residents.• Collect financial obligations for admissions that included insurance coverage verification, HMO plans and Medicare supplements. Collaborate with Fiscal Department to ensure that there are no gaps in admissions requirements.
