Managing the financial affairs of a portfolio of Balfour Beatty Investments concession companies, so as to optimize the value of investments, meet the IFRS and UK GAAP financial reporting requirements (to management, shareholders, clients and funders) and comply with statutory and regulatory obligations.In addition to regular reporting, this includes responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and collation and review of group reporting requests. Financial Modelling, and their optimisation for shareholders whilst complying with lender obligations, also plays a key part in my role.This includes PFI projects in Education and Healthcare, and most recently managing finances regarding Balfour Beatty's investments in Student Accomodation projects.

Financial Analyst for the Transform Concessions within the Balfour Beatty Investments portfolio combines responsibility for group reporting under IFRS, providing support for a Financial Controller in lender and shareholder obligations & requests, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and collation and review of group reporting requests.
