About Stefan Nüsperling

I help you to transform your organisation into a place where well-being prevails by giving you the tools and knowledge for facilitating positive change.Businesses and markets nowadays are far more complex than before. Managers are faced with the generation gap, tough labour markets and globalization challenges.By running over 100 workshops I have supported mid- and large-size companies, teams and managers to have a more attractive work culture, being more Agile and effective as well as having better communication and teamwork. In Japanese, this is called "Sanpoyoshi" (benefit for all three parties: Customer, Seller and Society). As a co-owner of Management 3.0 and the first Management 3.0 facilitator in Japan, I have trained over 1.300 participants during my seven years of running workshops. I helped my clients to become facilitators themselves through additional training and consultation. I am fluent in Japanese and am a regular speaker at conferences, for example, the Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo, Scrum Fest Japan or the Management 3.0 Forward conference. Furthermore, I am part of the organizing committee of the Management 3.0 Conference 2020 and 2023 in Japan. Additionally, I am a Lean Change Management and IC Agile certified facilitator as well as a Certified Scrum Master.I love Japan and its culture, nature, people and cuisine. Therefore my hobby is to learn more about this beautiful country to understand it better. As Japan is the root of Lean Methodologies it is of special interest on how Japanese companies and management work and where it can be improved. If I find the time, I love to go on a trip to Okinawa for diving, as it is one of the most beautiful diving spots in the world. Get in touch with me for a Zoom call where I will give you a demo session and learn how to increase motivation and engagement in your organization.
