As the first World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre for Community Participation in Palliative Care and Long Term Care (WHOCC) in developing countries, IPM works to establish community based palliative care for the incurably ill, chronically bedridden, elderly and dying people in different parts of India and abroad.Roles and Responsibilities:-- Scale up plan implemented as per the project guidelines by the client.-- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.-- Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.-- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity and quality.-- Co-ordinate and supervise outreach activities effectively.-- Point person for review meetings, visits, sharing workshops etc.-- Ensure proper fund utilization as per the budget and action plan.-- Ensure timely submission of reports- MIS and SOE

Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications- Following up. Keep the candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build credibility and keep the candidates either coming back to us or sending referrals to us.- Present. Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider
