The NPCC Project Manager supervises projects for Oregon Solutions and the NPCC training and academic programs, and supports and manages other center-wide projects as needed. In the Oregon Solutions program, the NPCC Project Manager supervises projects and performs assessments, convening and project facilitation to help communities with resource alignment and integration to support project implementation in the Oregon Solutions program. In the training and academic programs, the NPCC Project Manager designs, delivers, and manages training workshops and academic courses. In addition, this position coordinates the administration of the Graduate Certificate in Collaboration, serves as academic advisor for students in the Certificate program, and manages NPCC’s internship program. May also participate in applied research. The level of complexity of many of the assigned projects is high, which is defined by a number of factors including (but not limited to):- Engagement of participants: a large number of participants and overall challenges related to engaging those participants.- Dynamics of the situation: situations with high levels of conflict and low levels of trust.- Cross-sector: situations involving participants from multiple sectors.- Scope/duration: long term project(s) with multiple committees.- Political sensitivity and visibility: either because of the issues or participants involved, there is a high level of political sensitivity and visibility.- Role: contract negotiation, managing the budget and scope and assuming responsibility for project design.

- Chair of the training and teaching committee for University Network of Collaborative Governance (UNCG). The UNCG is guided by NPCC and partners to help build collaborative competence within the private, public and civic sectors.- Design and deliver online courses with certificate faculty as part of the Graduate Certificate in Collaborative Governance.- Contributed to the collaborative governance projects within all programs at NPCC. - Participated and actively contributed to project planning, communications and outreach, assessments and budget development through applied research and training. - Planned community engagement and interviews for the Oregon Kitchen Table (OKT)- Worked with the public in community engagement work including documentation, facilitation, moderation, data analysis.- Involved with training management, coordination, planning, and delivery.-Experienced in working with Oregon Legislature and other State agencies through Oregon Solutions(OS) and Oregon Kitchen Table.

I worked as a Graduate Assistant in the university duties involved grading and assisting students and the professor throughout my graduate years at TWU. It gives me an opportunity to interact with diverse group of people from different age group.

As a Global Xchange Programme Supervisor (GXPS), my role ranged from planning, designing and implementing numerous events, meetings and training for community members and non-government organizations where the volunteers both from the UK and Bangladesh had actively participated with deliverables. I was successful in my duties as I was able to apply my knowledge and experience of international development during my employment. I supported a team of 17 volunteers both in the UK and Bangladesh, creating several volunteering opportunities, building relationship in a cross-cultural platform, and community development.
