I have a strong background in nuclear engineering and physics. Currently, I serve as the Manager of the Nuclear Engineering & Physics Team at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, where I focus on tackling challenges in the field of isotope production. Before this role, I worked at Idaho National Laboratory as the Group Manager for the Nuclear Irradiation Experiment Neutronic Analysis Team. I also held the position of Reactor Physics Analyst at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and started my career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Idaho National Laboratory. My journey in research began at Idaho State University, where I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant working on various projects related to subcritical reactors and accelerator coupling.In terms of education, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University in 2005. I then pursued a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering at the same institution, completing it in 2006. I continued my studies and obtained a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011.In 2016, I enrolled in Regis University to pursue a Master of Science in Data Science, which I completed in 2020. Alongside my formal education, I have also obtained several certifications to enhance my professional skills. I completed "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" course through Coursera in August 2016. In September 2016, I earned the "Big Data Foundations - Level 1" certification from IBM. I received a certificate for completing the "Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau" course in November 2016. Additionally, I attained the "Visual Studio Code for Python Developers" certification from LinkedIn in October 2019. I further expanded my skills with the "New Manager Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in September 2020, and my most recent certification is "Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews," which I obtained in September 2021.
