At YoungMinds, our mission is to ensure that all young people receive the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter the circumstances. Our goal is to prevent young people's mental health from reaching a crisis point by providing early access to the right help. We envision a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health challenges and have the necessary support networks available around them.In my impactful role, I held three pivotal areas of responsibilities. Firstly, I have led the end-to-end management of training programs and events, from conceptualization and facilitation to coordination and evaluation. Secondly, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop tailored content, and execute seamless programs. Lastly, I have organized and managed workshops, seminars, and conferences, handling logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships while leveraging feedback and data analysis to refine programs. Additionally, I launched our podcast initiative 'YoungMinds matter; raising resilient youth' to enhance our marketing efforts, increasing brand engagement and broadening our reach.

As a mental health nurse, I witnessed firsthand how deeply stress, trauma, and emotional pain affect both patients and staff—especially when words alone aren’t enough to bring relief. This sparked a passion for exploring how the body can play a vital role in healing. Becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher with 400+ hours of training in Yin, Hatha, and Trauma-Informed Yoga allowed me to merge neuroscience with holistic practices, helping individuals heal from chronic depression, anxiety, and PTSD.I founded The Rewired Programme in 2021 to help individuals and working professionals build resilience and restore their nervous systems, using science-backed methods to foster well-being and sustainable happiness. Having had the pleasure of working across diverse industries including motorcycles, finance, and floral energy, I have developed a versatile skill set as a freelance Marketing and Event Officer. My experience includes working with esteemed brands such as Malle London, ivy&theWolf, and Albourne, where I applied my expertise in event management, marketing strategies, and brand communication.In my impactful role, I held three pivotal areas of responsibility. Firstly, I co-produced major events, managing both on and off-site planning and operations, overseeing partnerships, and handling artist, invoicing, and press management. Secondly, I leveraged CRM data to manage the entire customer journey, including merch and ticket sales, and supported the creation and execution of the customer experience improvement plan. Mind UK’s mission is to ensure that everyone facing a mental health problem receives the support and respect they deserve. We provide advice, support, and campaign for better mental health services, working to create a society where mental health is a priority and individuals are treated with dignity​.In my impactful role with the Wellbeing Network, I've overseen the end-to-end delivery of innovative projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders. Firstly, I managed a portfolio of 14 partners, ensuring performance and financial accountability. Secondly, I provided trauma-informed supervision and reflective practices for teams, fostering a culture of vulnerability and emotional safety. Lastly, I leveraged my public speaking and corporate training skills to engage stakeholders, lead service delivery workshops, and manage change processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the network.

In my role as Project Manager for Community Connectors, I am responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Firstly, I play an active role in NMTH events, working to increase visibility and engagement. Secondly, I manage KPI performance and budgeting, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Lastly, I oversee recruitment, ensuring the right talent is onboard to support project success. My key achievement working on this project was managing a 750k project, whilst consistently hitting KPIs throughout the year, which resulted reducing loneliness among clients with 82% in the time they've been coached by our community connectors.

LCR provides evidence-based guidelines for disease prevention to protect travellers. It also sets training standards and maintains a national register of certified travel health professionals​.As Project Manager at the National Coordination Centre for Travel Advice (LCR), I operate in a fast-paced environment supporting healthcare professionals across the Netherlands. In my impactful role, firstly, I provided expert, evidence-based travel health advice and chair workgroups to ensure smooth project execution and accountability. Secondly, I developed and implement LCR's communication plan, writing medical articles for Vector magazine and the website, while ensuring timely nationwide updates. Lastly, I played an active role in event planning, co-organizing major intercontinental travel health events, including NECTM, enhancing LCR's reach and impact.

Their work spans local, regional, and international levels, with a focus on infectious disease control, youth health, and environmental safety​.As a travel nurse specializing in travel health, I provided pre-travel consultations and administer necessary vaccinations to protect individuals traveling abroad. I educated patients on region-specific health risks, recommend preventive measures like vaccines and malaria prophylaxis, and ensure they are well-informed about staying healthy while traveling.

Personal Body Plan (PBP) in the Netherlands aims to guide individuals towards lasting health and fitness changes through a personalized approach.As a Lifestyle Coach, I managed a caseload of 40 individuals, preparing them for athletic competitions, cover shoots, and other high-performance events. My role involved creating tailored fitness and nutrition plans, supporting mental preparation, and guiding clients through goal setting and behavioral change. Using principles from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I helped them overcome obstacles and maintain focus, ensuring they were physically and mentally ready for their challenges.

In my role providing High Intensive Care (HIC) at the High Care Detox, I delivered 24-hour psychiatric care, specialising in involuntary treatment for individuals in need of intensive support. I applied skills in emotional regulation, stress management, and professional resilience to maintain a stable and compassionate environment for patients and staff. At High Care Detox, I work with clients with a triple diagnosis, utilizing trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Firstly, I provide tailored support to those with complex addiction and mental health challenges. Secondly, I represent Jellinek as a spokesperson, promoting our mission and services. Lastly, I deliver presentations to organizations like the Council of Amsterdam, sharing insights and promoting effective treatment strategies.
