Full-stack position that includes front- and back-end development as well as automated testing, all utilizing pair programming and a custom SCRUM-based collaboration framework. Create and customize software applications and tools using advanced development and coding techniques. Manage all phases of application design -- from coding and prototyping through system testing, integration and deployment. Results:• Designed ETL processes to handle various flat file I/O to facilitate state data exchange, including making us one of the first SUNY schools able to exchange credit verification files for the newly-introduced Excelsior Scholarship program.• Integrated Follett Discover with our SIS/ERP system in order to streamline textbook adoptions and ensure the integrity and relationships related to textbook data.• Developed a custom, AD-integrated timesheet web application and relational database to track full-time employees’ work hours, their benefit time, and submit leave requests, all using organization-defined approval tracks.• Developed a system to track and analyze tutoring resource usage using an automatically-updating C# desktop application and SQL server. Tracks tutor resources as well as the time, courses (and by extension, subject and more), and intended task. Heavily configurable and integrates various custom analytic reports on the data and for the general needs of the college.• Created numerous C#, C++, and VB.NET software solutions to automate or streamline various often-manual processes performed by staff members. Also wrote many query-based reports for each of the departments to use.

Maintain and develop the call center platform and its tools. Participate in code reviews for your and others’ work. Ensure the smooth-running operation of the platform through analysis and monitoring of clients’ statistics. Handle escalated support tickets for maintenance, expansion, and standardization of the platform in its many components. Results:• Extensive expansion and standardization of the live IVR feature, perhaps the most popular of which being the ‘Say’ block that allowed real-time text-to-speech allowing the use of variables from the call, campaign, and lead.• Implemented an expansion to the variable interpolation feature that allowed users to transform data with functions in a recursive way in their scripts, IVRs, and webhooks.• Tackled a large-scale conversion project to replace nested form/option-based queue settings with IVRs, dynamically generating IVRs to replace all the settings to be removed in all existing campaigns.• Introduced user-specifiable agent statuses for clients to better- and more accurately track their agents’ time.
