I have 30 year experience of energy sector both with the Ministry of Electricity-Iraq and private sector as energy consultant. The fields of this experience have been constrained in project management and leadership tasks in different locations and assignments. Currently I am working since April 2013 as Project Manager of Rumaila 3000MW- IPP in Shamara Holding Group in Amman. Previously I spent four years from 2009 -2013 as Energy Consultant &Project Manager to Mass Global Investment in energy sector (Jordan -Amman) which is the Kurdistan electricity operator on IPP basis where I was project manager of 500MW GTG, GE Frame 9E. Furthermore, I was Project Manager of (Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project to convert 1000MW S.C to C.C in cooperating with international company KPMG (SINGAPORE). I worked also in 2010-2012 as energy adviser in IPA Energy& Water Economics, Scotland for IPP tender in Iraq. Part of above experience more than 13 years as energy expert practiced particularly in power planning, projects studies, IPP programs and Renewable Energy Program in Ministry of Electricity- Baghdad. I worked f D.G of General Company for electrical and scientific applications of Industry and Minerals Ministry-Iraq 8 years. Another 10 year experience of research, design and development programs, Project Manager encompassed of Electromagnetic Equipment in Atomic Energy Agency-Iraq. My work is grounded in comprehensive analysis, planning, advisory and management in energy and power sector.
