User Experience Design of these projects is also in my responsibility. I still design "User-Centered Interfaces" for our projects and business partners.In 2012 we decided to set up a "design team" and added new and valuable Junior and Mid-Level designer teammates to the design team to assist with my design work. The team grew and shrank over time. The design team consisted of 4 employees when it was the most crowded; besides me, there was a UX Researcher, an Interface Designer, and a Graphic Designer. Since 2018, we have been outsourcing graphic design and several related jobs.Currently, as Chief Design Officer, all design work at DH is my responsibility. There have been some changes in my role at DH over time. In the beginning, apart from the interface design, I was also converting my designs to HTML/CSS. (This ended in 2015. We transferred the front-end development work completely to the software team.) There was also a period where I did a lot of graphic design work (until 2017). For these tasks, we now receive support from those who serve in the field.

As Freelance Designer, I developed, designed and prepared online products with many independent software developers and agencies. I've also taken the responsibility of HTML and CSS stages (Front-end Web Development) for most of the web interfaces I've designed.

It was obvious that I would choose a profession where creativity was at the forefront, but I tested myself in these areas for a few years before deciding which one it would be. Ultimately, I decided that interface design was what I wanted to do and I started to serve in this field.

My first full-time job, which I started in 2007, was to design 2D animated Flash Web Application Interfaces for E-dershane (a multimedia product for students) and Graphic Designs for books in Derpas (a publishing house in education field).
