As a Shift Incharge at Emarat - Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, I lead and manage a team of customer service assistants who provide high-quality service to the customers at the retail outlets. I ensure that the daily operations are smooth and efficient, and that the safety and security standards are met. I also handle the cash management, inventory control, and reporting tasks for the shift.I have a strong background in civil engineering, having completed an Intermediate degree from Punjab Board Of Technical Education in 2019, and a Matriculation degree in Computer Science from Board Of Intermediate And Secondary Education in 2016. I have also acquired multiple certifications in construction project management, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD, which enable me to apply my engineering skills and knowledge to the retail sector. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools that can enhance my performance and productivity. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success and growth of Emarat and its customers.
