I was responsible for requirement generation from clients and converting them to technical specifications for the IT Team. I also formulated digital marketing strategies for clients from different business fields and industries.

I worked at the export desk of the Trade Processing Unit of Gulshan branch of the bank. Major job responsibilities included negotiating foreign documentary bills, making/collecting overseas payments through the banking software, maintaining correspondence with clientele and other related financial institutions, and reporting import & export figures of the Branch to Bangladesh Bank.
